Mobil 1 is truly a global formulation engine oil, exceeding the latest standards of the oil industry and vehicle manufacturers. For instance, the appropriate grades of Mobil 1 exceed European ACEA standards and API Service SM / CF as well as meeting rigorous car manufacturer standards, for example, Mobil 1™ FS 0W-40 is approved against Mercedes-Benz's demanding 229.5 specification, and Mobil 1™ ESP 0W-40 has been approved to GM's dexos2™ standard.
